Thank you for contacting Meet Me Conference. With our Audio Conferencing Service you get an 800 number and access code for your own personal audio conference bridge. This gives you dedicated access to the audio conference service that you can use at any time. You simply give your participants the 800 number, the access code and the start time of the meeting.

We bill our clients on a per minute per attendee basis. Our rates are 8 cents per minute per user. We invoice you at the end of the month for the services you use, and if you do not use the bridge on any given month you do not receive an invoice. We offer the usual 30 day terms for payment and you can pay by check or Credit Card if that is more convenient for you.

We do not require you to sign any contracts or commit to monthly minimums. Let me know if there are any other questions I can answer for you and if you would like me to set you up with an account.
