Call Archive/DownloadA powerful feature to access and download previously recorded calls. Your customers login to a secure web site to view their audio conference call files, and then download files (.wav) to their computer. They can listen to the audio files using a preferred audio player. Perform edits, add audio effects and customize recordings via their chosen audio editor. Instant PlaybackAt any time during the conference, the Chairperson may press *4 to record the call. The recording is available after the end of the conference and can be accessed using a special dial-in number and access code. The Instant Replay information is available on the Customer Self Serve site. Audio Summary Report
